When you sign up for personal training The conquering performance coaching programme delivers quality coaching and support that you just cannot find at a gym or with an average personal trainer. You will learn how to eat, move and be healthy. 

Using our holistic approach, we will increase your performance in all aspects of your life. We will find exercises that suit your body and you will learn to perform them correctly to prevent injury, become more functional while increasing your health and lifespan. 

 

We will asses individual body imbalances, test posture, strength, stability and stamina. You can rest assured you will be in good hands.

Please note that the minimum commitment for coaching is 12 weeks and spots are limited to only 10 clients at one time. These spots are filled on a first come, first served basis. 

Here IS how It works

We begin with an in-depth consultation process in which we discuss your goals and establish your plan. 

A Bespoke periodised plan is then designed around your schedule, tailored to your individual needs and wants.

The programme we be delivered to you in person during you scheduled sessions. Before you start the programme we will can organise a call to answer any questions you have and make any modifications if required. 

Throughout your training we will have conversations to discuss your progress and update your goals. 

Communication is not limited to these in person session times. If you need any support, have any questions or you just need some motivation, I am available to you via email, phone and social media and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Your program will be straight forward and easy to follow. it will contain detailed recommendations for all aspects of the training you need to dramatically enhance your performance
